Session Agenda
The Creating and Analyzing Control Charts course program blends expert faculty guidance with interactive learning and real-world application. By the end of the course, participants will have gained knowledge to construct different types of charts, understand their appropriate uses, apply the principles of variation, and implement practical steps for collecting, interpreting and preparing data to standardize clinical and operational processes in health care improvement work.
This program is an asynchronous learning experience, allowing learners to engage with the content at their own pace. Once all content has been completed, learners are invited to participate in one group session with faculty to debrief and ask any clarifying questions.
