Overview

This program helps support health equity leaders to be effective in their roles and well-positioned to lead system-wide improvement toward health equity. Based on IHI’s Framework for Health Equity Leadership, this virtual course will cover the competencies, approaches, and conditions for effective health equity leadership success. In addition to live weekly sessions, participants will be given recommended assignments to bring the concepts and tools to life and develop actionable next steps. Expert Faculty will share their experiences in health equity leadership roles, explore examples of work done by health equity leaders nationwide, and provide resources, tools, and templates. As relationships and networks are critical to equity work, we aim to create a community among participating leaders to share learnings and come together around common challenges.
Upcoming Informational Call Wednesday, May 15, 2024, at 2 pm EST. Register now.
