These tools and resources, developed as part of the
100 Million Healthier Lives initiative (100MLives), help individuals, organizations, and communities measure what matters most to advance health, well-being, and equity at multiple levels and across topics.
- Health and Well-Being Measurement Approach and Assessment Guide: This guide serves as a resource for understanding health and well-being and administering the Well-Being Assessments developed by the 100 Million Healthier Lives Metrics Team.
- Well-Being Assessments: Adult (12-item, 24-item) and Youth (12-item): The assessments provide individuals and groups working to improve the health of their communities with a short, yet holistic, tool to measure and track improvements in health, well-being, and equity. The brief questionnaires, comprising items from validated instruments, were created in collaboration with experts in the field and tested in 100MLives member organizations and communities. The questionnaires may also include identifiers for key demographics to enable stratification of the results to assess equity in health and well-being.
