​Keynote Presentation at IHI 23rd Annual National Forum on Quality Improvement in Health Care, December 6, 2011

In her keynote presentation at the National Forum, IHI President and CEO Maureen Bisognano outlines a vision of improvement and collective impact anchored by patient-centered care, improvement capability, strong health care delivery systems, and the pursuit of the Triple Aim.

Using her passion for photography, she shows images and tells stories of patients and colleagues from around the world who are creating better care experiences. Bisognano urges the health care community to make a collective impact by operating as a global network, collecting our stories, and implementing new designs that put patients and families at the center.
