Fees

IHI may, at its discretion, cancel, postpone, or otherwise modify in-person programs at any time, with or without notice. If IHI does so and as a result, a registrant is unable to participate in the program, IHI will refund the registration fee. The registrant, however, will remain responsible for other costs (such as travel and lodging) the registrant incurs in connection with the program, and IHI will not refund the registrant, nor otherwise be responsible for, such costs. Registrants should proceed accordingly and consider travel/lodging cancellation policies — as well as purchasing travel insurance — when incurring such costs. IHI asks registrants to take into consideration the currently evolving situation and advisories related to COVID-19 before incurring travel, lodging, and other costs related to this event.

Registration Process

Due to the intensity of this programme and work on real improvement projects for the client organisations, we must limit the class size.

We encourage you to register and submit your pre-programme assessments as soon as possible. Registrations and pre-programme assessments will be accepted on a rolling basis. If your registration is successful, we will send you a pre-work packet to begin preparing for the initial meeting.

Fees

Regular Rate: $16,400 per participant

This fee includes:

  • Twelve days of on-site workshops(three four-day, face-to-face meetings)

  • All programme materials, tools, and literature

  • Continental breakfasts and lunches for the twelve workshop days

  • Monthly webinars and coaching

  • An Extranet site and listserv to connect participants throughout the programme and encourage active collaboration, facilitated by IHI faculty

Group Rate: $13,940 per participant

Organizations sending three or more people are eligible to receive a 15% Group Discount. Please fill out this form​ to register a team at the Group Rate.

Please note:  

  • If you are eligible for a discount — because you qualify for a membership discount or you have received a need-based scholarship — it will be automatically applied to your registration.  
  • After checkout, you will receive a confirmation of purchase. You can also print an invoice from your online profile 24 hours after your purchase.

Additional Meeting Details

​​Meals: Continental breakfast and lunch will be provided on all meeting days. Participants will be responsible for their own dinners.

Dress Code: Please dress business casual. You may wish to bring a jumper or jacket since the meeting rooms are cold at times.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Cancellations, Substitutions, and Refunds
If you wish to cancel your enrolment, please contact IHI at +1-617 301-4800 or info@ihi.org 45 days prior to the first virtual workshop, in order to receive a full refund. Unfortunately, we are unable to grant refunds for cancellations made after that time. One attendee may be substituted for another prior to the first meeting of programme attendees (via phone, web, or in-person). If we do not receive notice of a cancellation on or before 45 days, full payment will be required, regardless of attendance.
 

Unconditional Guarantee
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied that this programme is a valuable experience, IHI will gladly refund your enrolment fee within 30 days of the programme end date. Please note that due to unforeseeable circumstances, last-minute changes in programme titles, speakers, or presentations may be unavoidable.
