To acquire the discounted rate of $285 per night plus applicable taxes, please reference the IHI Improvement Science in Action (ISIA) program when booking your reservation. You are able to receive this discounted rate 3 days prior to and after the program’s start and end dates, based on hotel availability. Please make your reservations no later than Tuesday, August 18. Reservations made after this cut-off date will not receive the discounted rate of $285.
The fee for your accommodations must be
paid to The Charles prior to checkout. If you cancel your reservations within
24 hours prior to your arrival, you will be liable for a late cancellation fee
of one night’s stay.
