The IHI Hospital Flow Professional Development Program's expert faculty will guide you through redesigning systems, matching capacity and demand, shaping and reducing demand, and creating value in health care. Download the detailed agenda​ to learn more.

Teams are encouraged to complete a hospital flow self-assessment and a storyboard template as part of the online program. Participants will also be asked to view two 60-minute recorded case studies and be prepared for a discussion during sessions 1 and 6. During the live, 5-hour sessions, expert faculty review course content, answer questions, and encourage engaging discussion. At the end of each live session, the faculty will provide guidance on teamwork.
