A discounted block of rooms has been reserved at the InterContinental Mark Hopkins San Francisco for the nights of Sunday, March 19th and Monday, March 20th. The discounted group rate is $259 per night, plus applicable taxes. All attendees are responsible for making their own hotel arrangements. 

The discounted rate will be honored available 3 days prior to and after the program’s start and end dates, pending hotel availability.

Reservations can be made by calling the hotel directly at 1-800-662-4455. Please refer to the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI) Team Based Care Seminar block to receive the discounted rate. 

Please be sure to book your reservation no later than February 23, 2017. Reservations made after this date will not receive the discounted rate of $259 per night.
