As you may have read on our blog already, the Open
School recently did an informal survey of our learners. We’re hoping to use the
insights to inform our work to create new educational resources for you.
Today, we’re sharing the results of our question about new
courses. We have several ideas for courses from a variety of sources, and we
asked survey takers to rank them (higher scores correlate to greater interest).
See the graph of our results below:
We’re able to see the survey results by type of learner
(students, professionals, and faculty). We didn’t see much variance in the
rankings by group, except that students were more interested in a course on
burnout in health care than the other two groups. And, frankly, that surprised
us. Wouldn’t you guess that professionals are more concerned about burnout?
