Our Process
We understand that when you are considering potential employers, being a good fit in the organization is important to you. A good fit is important to us, too. Our website offers you the opportunity to get to know IHI, our programs, and our organizational culture. We also have a social media presence on
LinkedIn,
Facebook,
Twitter and
YouTube. Our Human Resources team takes pride in knowing and communicating the details of all our openings to you.
Our online application can be completed in five minutes and is easy to understand to make your experience as smooth as possible. You will be contacted directly by someone on the Human Resources team if you are selected to proceed in the process. If you have questions during the process you can refer to our
Frequently Asked Questions, and contact us directly at
employment@ihi.org.
We value open and honest dialogue. While we are naturally concerned with ensuring your experience and background make you a proper fit for the position, it is also important that you feel IHI is right for you. Our interviews are designed to ensure you are able to get the information you need from us to guide your decision. We look forward to hearing from you.
If our current opportunities are not a fit for you, we hope you will consider other ways to join us in our mission through our
programs and
resources.
Veterans encouraged to apply!
We hereby pledge our commitment to actively hire veterans of the US Armed Forces. We value and recognize the leadership, training, character, and discipline that our veterans and members of the National Guard and Reserve bring to our company and the American workforce.
COVID-19 Vaccination Policy
The Institute for Healthcare Improvement (“IHI”) has adopted a mandatory COVID-19 vaccination policy to safeguard the health of our employees and their families; our customers and visitors; and the community at large from COVID-19. This policy is intended to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and orders, and is based on guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and local health authorities, as applicable. IHI’s status as a federal contractor also contributed to IHI’s creation and implementation of this policy.
All United States based IHI employees are required to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 by December 8, 2021, unless a reasonable accommodation is approved.
