Only registered participants have access to the initiative's Materials page that includes WebEx connection information for upcoming calls and materials (recordings, slides, resources) from past calls.
Once you have registered, to access materials:
- Log in to your IHI account, then go to the
initiative's Materials page.
- Note: Our systems may take up to 24 hours to grant you access after your initial registration for the initiative.
- If you still do not have access after 24 hours have passed, please contact IHI Customer Service at info@ihi.org or call 617-301-4800.
