This paper describes a program at Lehigh Valley Health Network called Palliative Medicine Scholars (PalMS), which aims to incorporate palliative care through interdisciplinary learning. The authors find that creating opportunities for interdisciplinary palliative medicine providers to build relationships through a self-designed curriculum helps to meet their common needs as caregivers.
