The Karolinska Institute Medical Management

This assessment method checklist helps to assess to what extent an organization has taken the necessary actions to carry out a change successfully. This tool is based on a review of research into different types of organizational change with a focus on health care (Øvretveit J, 2004). Items should be removed or added to make the assessment more relevant to the particular change and specific organization which is being considered.
