	The IHI Improvement Map is an initiative to help hospitals make sense of countless requirements and focus on high-leverage changes to transform care.

	The 5 Million Lives Campaign is a national initiative that aims to protect patients from five million incidents of medical harm in US hospitals between December 2006 and December 2008.
