Fall Harvest

From October 25 to November 7, the 5 Million Lives Campaign is celebrating the improvement work of over 3,600 hospitals by “harvesting” the ideas, innovations, and best practices they are using to improve care and reduce harm.

The map below is an interactive representation of Campaign activity across the nation. Click on any marker for the name and location of the hospital, their Mentor status, and their Fall Harvest activity. Clicking on state-level markers takes you directly to the Fall Harvest information. Use the search bar at the top to find any hospital enrolled in the Campaign.
