On this map, you will find hospitals that have indicated they have tested the World Health Organization (WHO) Surgical Safety Checklist at least once (small red icon), as well as those who have indicated that the Checklist is fully in place across all operative areas in their hospital (small green icon). If your hospital is not appropriately represented on the map, fill out this brief survey.
