IHI Network Map: Connect with Local Resources!

The IHI national learning network is made up of committed professionals, like you, in thousands of organizations across the country. Why not connect with them? Have you ever wished you could consult with a rural hospital similar to yours that has had success with medication reconciliation? Reach out to a Mentor Hospital. Looking for local support with your improvement efforts? Contact your state Node.

There are three ways you can browse the learning network.

• Use the interactive map to join in the shared learning that’s at the heart of IHI’s efforts.
  • Click on a state to see information about the Nodes and Mentor Hospitals in that state.
  • Click on the map and drag to look at different parts of the country (including Alaska and Hawaii).
  • Use the +/- buttons in the upper left corner to zoom in and out.
  • Click on the 'View Country' button to return to the original view
• You may browse the list of state Node organizations and Mentor Hospitals (located below the map)
• Or browse the Mentor Registry, which is organized by process instead of state
