I think this is a good way to keep staff constantly aware of ways in which they can proactively ensure a safe patient environment. Going a step further, it would be helpful to have a checklist that staff could review every shift to prompt them to look for risky situations in need of intervention. Does anyone have a tool they can share? We are in the thick of this now and would appreciate any guidance that can be offered.
