The brochure "Prevent Pressure Ulcers' is very well written. The Lehigh Valley Hospital in Allentown, Pa would like to have permission to use it with our logo on it. How do we go about getting the permission?

I am interested in using this at our hospital as well. Vendor brochurs have references to their products that may or may not be used in the hospital. Products can change often. I am looking for something that will not confuse the patient and families.
Can we use this and give credit to IHI and Yuma?
