Thank you for this timely alert. I am emailing this around to all members of the multidisciplinary Clinical Risk Management Committee to discuss at our next meeting. We have just conducted an internal audit for storage of KCL concentrates outside pharmacy so this will lend some weight to the results and the changes we need to make.
