The only problem I see with this is that it doesn't allow for individuality in a turn schedule. sometimes patients have other things going on that will affect the Q2H turning like eating or PT.

So you simply turn them MORE FREQUENTLY getting them back on the accepted posted turning schedule ! Easy !

This could work well with a 'Turn Tone' idea many hospitals are trying. Most patients don't follow a schedule, however, if they are getting lines changed, PT, or personal preferrence.
