This is a timely subject for us. Many of our nurses are ADN and LVN to RN nurses and have not developed critical thinking skills. I have highly promoted the benefits of rounding with the physicians for the development of better nurse education and improved management of the patient. We have found this to be highly influenced by our culture and are working to include RNs in clinical conferences and collegial practices among physicians and nursing. Thank you for your work on this issue. D. Patrick RN, Director QM/RM

Thought both survey's were helpful does anyone have contact info for Sondra Vazirani or the person who adapted her survey from Good Samaritians Hospital in Downers Grove, Illinois, USA? Would like to request permission for the use of these tools with attibution for work and would also like permission to adapt tools.
Thank you
