Has any site done any teaching of the patient and family regarding the RRT? Does any site encourage patients and families to call the RRT?

I was wondering if anyone had an electronic copy of a compentency checklist for rapid reponders to be used prior to their participation as a responder. We are a Level 1 Trauma Center in Columbia, SC, 650 bed and have a RRT but very little in the sense of documentation tools. Please help.
