I am unable to download this tool, nor the cause effect or flow sheet tool from the website. When I click on the downloads, it just takes you back to the same page explaining the tool.

Please try again - the download functionality on the website has been recently enhanced, which should resolve this problem.

I can download the file without dificulty. I attempted to save it to my files for usage at a future date without going to the web page each time I want to use it. It came encrypted, how do I solve this dilemma?

The file is a PDF (Adobe Acrobat) file, and is not encypted.

Please ensure that you have the latest version of Adobe Reader installed to view this file.

You may wish to try right-clicking on the Download File button and selecting Save As... to save the file, rather than opening it in your browser.

If you continue to have difficulties, try downloading it directly from this link: PDSA Worksheet (PDF Format).
