Thanks for your question. We are working with Dr. Bryan Sexton to obtain some benchmarking data from their work that we can post on this site for reference. We hope to have it in the near future.

Our Organisation is just about to launch our first safety climate survey and would welcome working in collaberation with ohther organisations to compare results.

Just wondering if anyone as a non-punitive policy for incident reporting? We are just beginning to do the work to have a policy in place .
