Hello everyone - I applaud the approach to benchmarking taken by Touchpoint Health Plan. Learning the level of performance the benchmark organization has achieved is only the first part of a good benchmarking project. The truly beneficial part is finding out HOW that superior performance was achieved. Touchpoint recognises and is acting on this key insight.
