The
Patient Safety Executive Development Program, scheduled for
September 7-13, 2017, will take place at The Charles Hotel in
Cambridge, Massachusetts.
Travel Information
Please make sure that your enrollment in the program is confirmed before making your hotel and travel reservations. This program may fill quickly, and if it fills before you have enrolled, you may not be able to get a refund on your reservation.
All participants must make their own airline reservation.
Hotel Information
A specially-priced block of rooms has been reserved for the nights of
September 6 through September 12. All attendees are responsible for making their own hotel arrangements.
Reservations can be made by calling the hotel directly at (617) 864-1200. Please refer to the IHI Patient Safety Executive Development Program block to receive the discounted rate when booking your reservation. All rooms must be guaranteed by a credit card of one night’s deposit.
The rate for a single/double occupancy room is
$309 per night, plus applicable sales tax. You are able to receive this discounted rate three days prior to and after the program’s start and end dates, based on hotel availability. Please make your reservations no later than
August 16, 2017. Reservations made after this cut-off date will not receive the discounted rate.
The fee for your accommodations must be paid to The Charles Hotel prior to checkout. Please note that if you cancel your reservations within 3 days prior to your arrival, you will be liable for a late cancellation fee.

Meals
Continental breakfast, lunch, and breaks will be provided for all 7 days of the program. Dinner will be provided on Thursday, Sunday, and Tuesday evening.

Dress Code
Please dress business casual. You may wish to bring a sweater or jacket since the meeting room temperatures vary.
