Enrollment Process
Due to the intensity of this program, we must limit the class size. Enrollment will be accepted on a rolling admissions basis until the program reaches capacity. This program is offered twice per year, typically in March and September.

Fees
The fee to enroll in this program is $10,500 per participant.
 
This fee includes:
  • Six-and-a-half-day program for the primary participant
  • Two-day participation by the CEO or senior leader of the organization
  • All program materials, tools, and literature
  • Continental breakfasts, lunches, and three dinner receptions
  • An active community of safety colleagues whose continued collaboration will be facilitated by IHI
Dress Code 
Please dress business casual. You may wish to bring a sweater or jacket since the meeting room temperatures vary.

Cancellations, Substitutions, and Refunds:

Full registration fees are refundable if a written request is submitted to info@ihi.org on or before August 8, 2017. If you are entitled to a refund, expect the refund within 30 days. All refunds will be issued back to the original payment type. Registrations and cancellations received after August 8, 2017, are not refundable. If you need to cancel after August 8, 2017, please call our customer service department at 617-301-4800.  One attendee may be substituted for another at any time by calling 617-301-4800.

Unconditional Guarantee:

If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied that this program is a valuable experience, IHI will gladly refund your enrollment fee within 30 days of the program end date. Please note that due to unforeseeable circumstances, last-minute changes in program titles, speakers, or presentations may be unavoidable.

 

Scholarships and Special Discounts AvailablE

IHI is pleased to offer a limited amount of funding for scholarships and special discounts. Please note that need-based scholarships and special discounts are available to assist with program registration costs ONLY and are not applicable for travel, food, or accommodation costs associated with attending the program. To apply for scholarships and special discounts, complete the online Scholarship and Special Discount Application.
