​​Due to the intensity of this program and the work on real improvement projects for the client organizations, the class size is limited. 

Registration and pre-program assessments are currently being accepted on a rolling admission and are due by February 7, 2020 . This program usually fills up fast, we therefore encourage interested participants to register and send in their pre-program assessments as soon as possible.

Enrollment Fee

Regular Rate: $16,400 per participant

This fee includes: 

  • Twelve days of on-site workshops (three four-day, face-to-face workshops) 

  • All program materials, tools, and literature 

  • Continental breakfasts and lunches for the twelve workshop days

  • Monthly webinars and coaching

  • An Extranet site and listserv to connect participants throughout the program and encourage active collaboration, facilitated by IHI faculty

     

Additional Meeting Details

​​Meals: Continental breakfast and lunch will be provided on all workshop days. Participants will be responsible for their own dinners.

Dress Code: Please dress business casual. You may wish to bring a sweater or jacket since the meeting rooms are cold at times.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

The Group Rate applies to organizations wishing to enroll 3 or more attendees on this program.

Our Guarantee to You

Cancellations, Substitutions, and Refunds
If you wish to cancel your enrollment, please contact IHI at 617-301-4800 or info@ihi.org 30 days prior to the start of the program, in to receive a full refund. Unfortunately, we are unable to grant refunds for cancellations made after that time. One attendee may be substituted for another prior to the first meeting of program attendees (via phone, web, or in-person). If we do not receive notice of a cancellation at least 30 days prior to the start of the program, full payment will be required, regardless of attendance.
 

Unconditional Guarantee
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied that this program is a valuable experience, IHI will gladly refund your enrollment fee within 30 days of the program end date. Please note that due to unforeseeable circumstances, last-minute changes in program titles, speakers, or presentations may be unavoidable.
