Regular Rate: $4,795 per person 

PLEASE NOTE: ​We encourage (but do not require) organizations to send at least two people to this program because there are two tracks within the program: one dedicated to trainin​g future Improvement Advisors and one for training future Directors. Participants have the option to select their track, and we've heard from past attendees that having two representatives at this program has helped immensely upon return to their home organization.

Additional Meeting Details​​

Meals: Continental breakfast and lunch will be provided on all meeting days. Participants will be responsible for their own dinners.

Dress Code: Please dress business casual. You may wish to bring a sweater or jacket since the meeting rooms are cold at times.​​​​

IHI is pleased to offer a limited amount of funding for scholarships and special discounts. Please note that scholarships and special discounts are available to assist with program enrollment costs ONLY and are not applicable for travel, food, or accommodation costs associated with attending the program.   • Independent, United States Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) that are not affiliated with a hospital or health system
  • Critical Access Hospitals
  • Independent practices with fewer than 20 physicians
  • Hospitals with fewer than 50 beds
  • Members of the America's Essential Hospitals (formerly NAPH)
 
Need-Based Scholarships
For this program, IHI is pleased to offer a limited amount of scholarship funding to offset the seminar enrollment fees in cases of financial hardship.

Organizations sending three or more people are eligible to receive a 15% Group Discount. Please call us at 617-301-4800 to enroll a team at the Group Rate.

Cancellations, Substitutions, and Refunds
Full registration fees are refundable if a written request is submitted to info@ihi.org on or before September 30, 2016. If you are entitled to a refund, expect the refund within 30 days. All refunds wil​l be issued back to the original payment type. Registrations and cancellations received after September 29, 2017, are not refundable. If you need to cancel after September 29, 2017, please call our Customer Service department at 617-301-4800.  One attendee may be substituted for another at any time by calling 617-301-4800. 
 
Unconditional Guarantee
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied that this program is a valuable experience, IHI will gladly refund your enrollment fee within 30 days of the program end date. Please note that due to unforeseeable circumstances, last-minute changes in program titles, speakers, or presentations may be unavoidable.​​
