Regular Rate: $1,975 per person

Additional Meeting Details

​​Meals: Continental breakfast and lunch will be provided on all meeting days. Participants will be responsible for their own dinners.
Dress Code: Please dress business casual. You may wish to bring a sweater or jacket since the meeting rooms are cold at times.​​​​

Organizations sending 3 or more people are eligible to receive this discount.

Special Discount

IHI is pleased to offer a 50% discount for employees of:

  • Independent, US federally qualified health centers not affiliated with a hospital or health system

  • Independent practices with fewer than 20 physicians

  • Hospitals with fewer than 50 beds

  • Members of the National Association of Public Hospitals​

Scholarships Available

There is a limited amount of scholarship funding available to offset the program fees in cases of financial hardship.​

Our Guarantee to You

Cancellations, Substitutions, and Refunds:

If you wish to cancel your enrollment, please contact IHI at (617) 301-4800 or 30 days prior to the start of the program in order to receive a full refund. Unfortunately, we are unable to grant refunds for cancellations made after that time. One attendee may be substituted for another at any time. If we do not receive notice of a cancellation 30 days before the start of the program, full payment will be required, regardless of attendance.

Unconditional Guarantee

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied that this program is a valuable experience, IHI will gladly refund your enrollment fee within 30 days of the program end date. Please note that due to unforeseeable circumstances, last-minute changes in program titles, speakers, or presentations may be unavoidable.
