A block of rooms has been set aside at The Charles Hotel for the nights of Sunday, July 30 through Thursday, August 3. All rooms must be guaranteed by a credit card or one night's deposit.
 
All attendees are responsible for making their own hotel arrangements at The Charles. You can make a reservation by calling 617-864-1200 or 800-882-1818; please refer to the IHI Summer Immersion room block to receive the discounted rate. Please make your reservations no later than July 10, 2017. Reservations made after the cut-off date may not receive the discounted rate.

 

The discounted rate is $279 per night plus applicable sales tax. The fee for your accommodations must be pa​id to The Charles prior to checkout. If you cancel your reservations within 48 hours prior to your arrival, you will be liable for a late cancellation fee of one night’s stay.
