Important Hotel Information

Reservations can be made by calling the hotel reservations line directly at (866) 784-4000. Please refer to the Hospital Flow Professional Development Program Room Block to receive the discounted rate when booking your reservation. All rooms must be guaranteed by a credit card of one night’s deposit. The rate for a single occupancy room is $289 per night plus applicable sales tax. You are able to receive this discounted rate 3 days prior to and after the program’s start and end dates, based on hotel availability. Please make your reservations no later than Friday, October 5. Reservations made after this cut-off date may not receive the discounted rate. The fee for your accommodations must be paid to the Hotel Commonwealth prior to checkout. Please note that if you cancel your reservations within 3 days prior to your arrival, you will be liable for a late cancellation fee.

​Additional Meeting Details

Travel Information: Please make sure that your enrollment in the program is confirmed before making your hotel and travel reservations. This program may fill quickly, and if it fills before you have enrolled, you may not be able to get a refund on your reservation. All participants must make their own airline reservation. 

Meals: Continental breakfast, lunch, and breaks will be provided for the meeting. A welcome reception will take place at the conclusion of the first day.

Dress Code: Please dress business casual. You may wish to bring a sweater or jacket since the meeting room temperatures vary. ​
