Important Hotel Information

​The room block at the Boston Park Plaza is now full for the May offering. You may book your hotel reservations for the nights of Sunday, May 6 through Friday, May 11 at the Taj Boston, located 5-minutes from the Boston Park Plaza. 

Reservations can be made by clicking here. All rooms must be guaranteed by a credit card of one night's deposit. The rate for a double king room is $369 per night plus applicable sales tax. You are able to receive this discounted rate 3 days prior to and after the program's start and end dates, based on hotel availability. Please make your reservations no later than Friday, April 6. Reservations made after this cut-off date will not receive the discounted rate. The fee for your accommodations must be paid to the Taj Boston prior to checkout. Please note that if you cancel your reservations within 3 days​ prior to your arrival, you will be liable for a late cancellation fee.

Additional Meeting Details

Travel Information: Please make sure that your enrollment in the program is confirmed before making your hotel and travel reservations. This program may fill quickly, and if it fills before you have enrolled, you may not be able to get a refund on your reservation. All participants must make their own airline reservation. 

Meals: Continental breakfast, lunch, and breaks will be provided for the meeting. A welcome reception will take place at the conclusion of the first day.

Dress Code: Please dress business casual. You may wish to bring a sweater or jacket since the meeting room temperatures vary. ​
