This is an intensive team-based and team-building learning and action planning session which should be attended by the entire senior leadership teams only. Generally, organizations send teams of 3-6 senior leaders led by the CEO. In the case of some organizations, the senior operational executive responsible for the division, operating entity, or business unit will attend in the place of the CEO. We have learned that teams who attend without their senior executive find it difficult to implement revised plans and leadership changes upon returning to their organizations. For that reason, we only accept teams with a minimum of two participants. We do offer discounts for leadership teams with five members or more. We also encourage the attendance of one or more key board members such as the incoming or current Board Chair, or the Chair of the Board’s Quality Committee.
Regular Rate: $2,950 per person
Group Rate: Organizations sending three or more people: $2,500 per participant

For this program, IHI is pleased to offer a limited amount of scholarship funding to offset the general conference fees in cases of financial hardship.
Additional Meeting Details
Meals: Continental breakfast and lunch will be provided on all meeting days. Participants will be responsible for their own dinners.
Dress Code: Please dress business casual. You may wish to bring a sweater or jacket since the meeting rooms are cold at times.

Cancellations, Substitutions, and Refunds:
If you wish to cancel your enrollment, please contact IHI at (617) 301-4800 or email@example.com 30 days prior to the start of the program in order to receive a full refund. Unfortunately, we are unable to grant refunds for cancellations made on or after the first day of the program. One attendee may be substituted for another at any time. If we do not receive notice of a cancellation or substitution prior to the start of the program, full payment will be required, regardless of attendance.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied that this program is a valuable experience, IHI will gladly refund your enrollment fee within 30 days of the program end date. Please note that due to unforeseeable circumstances, last-minute changes in program titles, speakers, or presentations may be unavoidable.
