Review Practicum Faculty Handbook and be familiar with IHI Open School’s online course content in quality improvement
Work closely with student mentee interested in quality improvement
Commit to mentoring/advising student
Work closely with student mentee interested in quality improvement
Set aside time to meet regularly, review Practicum forms, and provide ongoing feedback/guidance
Improve care in an area of interest
Advocate for project within health system
Support the learner by identifying available resources, including forms, data analysis, and tools
