The 15th Annual International Summit on Improving Patient Care in the Office Practice & the Community will be held at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center in the Washington, DC area.

A block of rooms has been set aside at the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center. To book your hotel reservation at the conference location, please call Gaylord National Reservations at (301) 965-4000. Please reference the '15th Annual IHI International Summit' to receive the discounted conference sleeping room rates. You may also book your reservation online. No code is needed; the discounted group rate will automatically generate.​
 
The group room rate per night is $270 plus applicable taxes will be added to room rates (currently 6% sales tax and 10% occupancy tax). Upgraded rooms are also available at $309 + tax for premium harbor views and $595 + tax for executive suites. Please make your hotel reservations as soon as possible to receive the discounted room rates.
 
Subject to availability, Group rates will apply three (3) days prior to, and three (3) days following, the dates of the Event. Each additional person to a room is $20. Children twelve (12) years and under are free when occupying the same room as their parents.
