How to Get a Certificate of Credit
Participants of the International Summit can earn contact hours by completing a brief evaluation before a certificate for continuing education credits can be issued. To access the evaluations, visit: www.IHI.org/certificatecenter
In order to be eligible for a continuing education certificate, participants must complete the online evaluation within 30 days of the continuing education activity. If circumstances prevent you from completing the survey by the specified deadline, please email info@IHI.org
before this period expires. After this time period, you will be unable to receive a certificate.
If you attended the Summit and wish to receive continuing education units, please log in and go to MyIHI at the top right. From the left-hand menu, choose “My Enrollments and Certificates.” In the My Enrollments box, you will see this session listed and you will be able to click on links just below the session title, including Evaluation & Continuing Education.
