​​Our top priority is the safety and well-being of our staff and the global health and health care community we serve, and due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, we have decided to cancel the 2020 Congress. We know many lives are being impacted and disrupted by COVID-19, and we are so grateful for our health care professionals.
 
If you booked a hotel room at the Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld, you should receive a cancellation confirmation shortly. If you do not receive one, please reach out to the hotel directly. 

All attendees are responsible for canceling their own hotel and travel plans. ​

All attendees are responsible for making their own hotel and travel arrangements.

A discounted rate of $199 per night (plus applicable taxes) is available at the Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld for Congress attendees. Availability is limited, so book as early as possible. The discounted rate is applicable until April 20, 2020 or until the room block has been filled.

Travel Information
Please be sure to confirm your enrollment in the program before booking your hotel and travel reservations. Program registration may fill quickly. If the program fills before you have enrolled, you may not be able to get a refund on your reservation. All participants must make their own airline and hotel reservations.​

Meals
Continental breakfast, lunch, and breaks will be provided for the conference.

Dress Code
Business Casual. You may want to bring a sweater or jacket as the meeting room temperatures vary.​​
