Policies for In-Person Participants

All attendees, vendors, and speakers participating in the IHI Patient Safety Congress in Dallas, TX are required to provide proof of vaccination. Negative PCR tests will not be accepted in lieu of vaccination. Approved vaccinations include those recognized by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO). Unfortunately, if you cannot comply with IHI's vaccine policy, you will not be able to attend the in-person event. However, you can still register for the virtual experience.

Prior to the event, all in-person attendees will receive an email from SafeAccess with a unique link to review health and safety policies, and securely upload any necessary documentation (e.g., proof of vaccination) to their secure portal.

IHI recommends all participants monitor the Dallas County COVID-19 community level on the CDC website.
