Our top priority is the safety and well-being of our staff and the global health and health care community we serve, and due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, we have decided to cancel the 2020 Patient Safety Congress. We know many lives are being impacted and disrupted by COVID-19, and we are so grateful for our health care professionals.​


Current Attendees 

If you wish to keep your enrollment and apply your registration fee to the 2021 offering you do not need to do anything at this time.

If you would like to cancel your registration for the Congress, you can do so and we will issue a full refund. Please email congress@ihi.org.

Meals
Continental breakfast and lunch will be provided on all meeting days. Participants will be responsible for their own dinners.
 
Dress Code
Please dress business casual. You may wish to bring a sweater or jacket since the meeting rooms are cold at times.

Cancellations, Substitutions, and Refunds

One attendee may be substituted for another at any time by calling 617-301-4800. Full registration fees are refundable if a written request is submitted to info@ihi.org on or before the first day of this program. All refunds will ​be issued back to the original payment type, and should be credited within 30 days.

IHI may, in its discretion, cancel, postpone, or otherwise modify this event at any time, with or without notice. Unconditional Guarantee
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied that this program is a valuable experience, IHI will gladly refund your enrollment fee within 30 days of the program end date. Please note that due to unforeseeable circumstances, last-minute changes in program titles, speakers, or presentations, may be unavoidable.​

Scholarship and Discounts


IHI is pleased to offer a limited amount of funding for scholarships and special discounts. Please note that scholarships and special discounts are available to assist with program enrollment costs ONLY and are not applicable for travel, food, or accommodation costs associated with attending the program.

  • Critical Access Hospitals

  • 501(c)(3) organization with a defined operating budget of less than $5 million, serving community-based populations
