​Accommodations​ at the Conference Venue

The hotel room block at the Orlando World Center Marriott Resort & Convention Center has been filled. Please refer to the list of accomodations at Overflow Hotels below.

Accommodations at Overflow Hotels

Additional hotel rooms are available at discounted rates in nearby hotels. The IHI National Forum will be operating continuous shuttles to and from these hotels to the main conference venue, just a few minutes away.
 

Airport Transportation​

Free shuttle service to Orlando International Airport (MCO) is provided after the General Conference. IHI has also arranged a discount airport shuttle from MCO airport to/from any hotel within room blocks.
 
All IHI National Forum attendees are eligible to receive discounted transportation services courtesy of Mears Transportation. Discounted fares to National Forum hotels are available roundtrip. Coupons will be made available in July 2019.

Parking  

Parking is available at the Orlando World Center Marriott Resort & Convention Center at the following rates:
  • On-site parking: $22
  • Valet parking: $35
 Parking passes are not available via the IHI National Forum.

All participants should make note of the following travel tips:
  • Participants are required to make their own travel arrangements.
  • Be sure that your enrollment is confirmed before making your hotel and travel reservations.
  • Participants without a US passport, traveling on the Visa Waiver Program, are required to have a US Travel Authorization.
