Affiliated Meetings

​Affiliate, or private meetings, can be held at both the Marriott World Center and Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center (continuous shuttle service will be available between both properties for the duration of the conference.)

If you wish to reserve meeting space for an affiliate event, please:
  1. Complete this affiliate request form​
  2. Review this affiliate allocation process document​
  3. Email your completed form to the appropriate contact listed in the process document

Quick Facts

  • Private meeting requests are accepted on a first come, first served basis depending on the available space at both properties. 
  • You will receive your event’s final room allocation by Friday, October 24. 
  • Please be sure to indicate on the affiliate request form whether your event requires catering and what your catering preferences are. You will then receive a catering proposal from the hotel for final confirmation.
  • We ask that affiliate events do not overlap with the official programming of the National Forum. Please refer to the following grid of available times when planning your event(s):

the "Get Engaged" reception on the Marriott Pool 
Deck takes place from 6:30 PM - 10:00 PM
