Fees and Scholarships

​Our top priority is the safety and well-being of our staff and the global health and health care community we serve, and due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, we have decided to postpone the Africa Forum. We know many lives are being impacted and disrupted by COVID-19, and we are so grateful for our health care professionals.
Current Attendees
If you wish to keep your enrollment and apply your registration fee to postponed edition of the Africa Forum in 2021, you do not need to do anything at this time. We will have these dates confirmed soon and will be in touch as soon as possible.
If you would like to cancel your registration for the Africa Forum, you can do so and we will issue a full refund. If you wish to do so immediately, please contact info@ihi.org​ or call us at 1-617-301-4800 and our Customer Experience team will assist you.


Cancellations, Substitutions, and Refunds:
Full registration fees are refundable if submitted in writing to info@ihi.org on or before 3 April 2020. If you are entitled to a refund, expect the refund within 30 days. All refunds will be issued back to the original payment type. Registrations and cancellations received after 3 April 2020 are not refundable. If you need to cancel after 3 April 2020​ please call our Customer Service department at 1-617-301-4800. Registrants unable to attend may send a substitute. Substitutions can be made at any time by calling 1-617-301-4800.​​​​
