A discounted block of rooms has been reserved at Marriott Georgetown for the nights of April 18 and 19.
The discounted group rate is $299 per night, plus applicable taxes. The discounted rate will be honored available 3 days prior to and after the program’s start and end dates, pending hotel availability. All
attendees are responsible for making their own hotel arrangements.
Important Hotel Information
To secure a room a reservation must be guaranteed by the individual’s credit card. Reservations can be made by calling the hotel directly at (800) 228-9290 and asking for the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI) Change Conference Room Block, or by booking at this link: https://aws.passkey.com/e/49532713.
Please make your reservations no later than Wednesday, March 21, 2018, in order to secure the discounted room rate. Reservations made after the cut-off date may not receive the discounted rate. Please note that if you cancel your reservations after 6:00 PM local time on the day of your arrival, you will be billed for one night's room and tax.

Travel Information: Please make sure that your enrollment in the program is confirmed before making your hotel and travel reservations. This program may fill quickly, and if it fills before you have enrolled, you may not be able to get a refund on your reservation. All participants must make their own airline and hotel reservations.
Meals: Continental breakfast, lunch, and breaks will be provided for the meeting.
Dress Code: Business Casual. You may wish to bring a sweater or jacket since the meeting room temperatures vary.
