This presentation by Bay Pines VA Medical Center (Bay Pines, Florida, USA) was given at the 5th National COnference on Evidence-Based Fall Prevention in March 2004. 

The objectives of the presentation were twofold:

1. Utilizing the knowledge gained from the Fall Prevention Research, each fall was analyzed and plans were created to prevent future falls.
2. Develop awareness and skills to provide a safer patient environment.
