Iowa Health System presented its tests of change at the IMPACT Learning Session. The changes made focused on improving the six quality dimensions from the Institute of Medicine's Report Crossing the Quality Chasm. Significant results shown are an increase in patient and provider satisfaction, an increase in patient self-management and decrease in days til 3rd next available appointment.
