It provides the tools to develop and implement a quality management program that is in accordance with the Ryan White CARE Act and specifies the quality requirements and expectations for each Ryan White Title. Many concrete examples are included, such as a quality management plan template, sample indicators, and quality committee/team tools. Available in both English and Spanish.
