The National HIVQUAL Project, which supports quality improvement and performance measurement among Ryan White funded HIV providers across the US, developed the HIVQUAL3 software to enable providers to routinely monitor the quality of HIV clinical care. This software program is a Microsoft Access runtime application that captures key quality data elements and immediately generates clinical performance data reports. The following indicators are incorporated in the software: HIV Monitoring (Viral Load and CD4), HIV Specialist Care, ARV Therapy Management, Adherence to ARV Therapy, Lipid Screening, Gynecologic Care, PPD Screening, Hepatitis C, Mental Health, Substance Use, etc.
