These slides were presented at a June 2004 meeting of faculty and teams involved in IHI's Improving Flow Through Acute Care Settings Innovation Community. They include some very early ideas about a hospital flow diagnostic tool which may lead to accelerated learning about flow. Thinking about this diagnostic is evolving quickly. We will post new information as it becomes available.
