This DRAFT change package document offers many ideas that flow experts consider promising for improving patient flow through the acute care setting.  A few of these change ideas have been tested broadly while many others have not.  We will post updates to this document as we learn more in our work with teams participating in IHI's Improving Flow Through Acute Care Settings Innovation Community.
